Specially designed for players of any age, the Lacrosse FITS program will improve your game.

This detailed training strategy focuses on building the tools you’ll need to be a better lacrosse player. These lessons target specialized lacrosse skills along with fundamental skills common to all sports like throwing, catching, running, jumping, and endurance.

What does this mean? It means Lacrosse FITS will help you grow as an athlete. Becoming stronger, faster, more coordinated, and developing greater endurance – these are the goals of Lacrosse FITS.
