Become a Lacrosse Coach
One of the paramount goals of the Lacrosse FITS program is to help guide Canadians to be active for life. To do this, the Canadian Lacrosse Association relies on the work of our devoted coaches. These volunteers are the lifeblood of lacrosse. They act as a leader to players and help spread the love of lacrosse for years to come.
Lacrosse associations are constantly on the lookout for responsible and enthusiastic individuals to coach. Across Canada, parents, college students, former and current players, military personnel, police officers, firefighters, teachers, and coaches from a variety of sports have all stepped forward to coach lacrosse. They do it because they want to be a leader and mentor to young athletes and give back to their community.
Besides, it’s a lot of fun!
